I had a great experience working with James and his team to install our new boiler and water heater. He worked to understand our needs, gave us solid advice, and provided a competitive bid with no extras or upsells (and no BS!). His work was very professionally done, and it was obvious that he took great pride in his work and in providing the most useful components. He also took the time to explain the work, how the equipment worked, and made sure the settings were what we were looking for. All in all a great experience, and we will be working with him again.
